Million Air has completed a $350,000 facility renovation and is now operating as Million Air Reno on the east side of Reno-Tahoe International Airport. Million Air had been operating as Reno Aviation on the west side of the airport until the renovation was finished. The recent move marks the beginning of a multi-phased plan to construct and transition into a new fixed-based operation (FBO) complex by 2013. Construction of the $20 million general aviation complex is slated to begin June 2012. Phase one of the planned development is a $10 million FBO and hangar that will be open in 2013, followed by another $10 million phase with additional office and hangar space to be completed by 2018.
