This “Giveaway” is being conducted by Million Air Interlink (the “Company”). It is conducted pursuant to the laws of the State of Texas. By participating in our “Giveaway,” you agree to submit to the laws of Texas. This “Giveaway” is expressly void where prohibited.

Our “Giveaway” is simply intended to encourage our customers to visit our various Million Air locations. You need not buy anything. You need not pay anything. You will not be charged anything. We are not gathering information about you for the purpose of selling or distributing any information about you to any other entity. You do not increase your chances of winning a Giveaway Prize by buying anything offered at any of our locations.

In order to receive a Giveaway Prize, you must meet the following conditions: (i) you must be at least 18 years old; and (ii) you must release and discharge Million Air Interlink, all Million Air franchises and all of their respective officers, directors, employees and affiliates from any and all liability arising from your use of the subject vehicle.

Winner will assume all responsibility for all state and local taxes, insurance charges, tag, transportation and title fees, and any and all other fees incurred in association with the vehicle. Additionally, the Grand prize is not redeemable for any cash value.

Employees and families of Million Air Interlink and any Million Air franchises are not eligible to win. Maximum retail value of Giveaway Prize is $25,000.00. Odds of winning will be based upon the number of entries received.

Our “Giveaway” commences on June 1, 2009, and shall run until terminated by the Company. The Company shall be the sole and final arbiter of any disputes or questions arising out of the “Giveaway.”
